Booking questions
Do I need an appointment?+
No. We accept walk-ins and scheduled appointments. Booking ahead helps us have your car looked at as soon as you arrive.
How quickly will you respond to my request?+
We review appointment requests during business hours and get back to you to confirm a time. For anything urgent, call (954) 532-2020.
What should I tell you when I book?+
Your vehicle's year, make, and model, plus what you're noticing: sounds, warning lights, smells, or how the car is driving. The more detail, the faster we can help.
My car won't start. Can you help?+
